Some feet need a little more TLC over several appointments. I'll prioritize the areas that need the most attention and work with you to establish a comfortable, manageable maintenance routine.

Once your feet require less extensive care, I'll let you know when you're ready to transition into The Velvet Heel Maintenance Club, where established clients enjoy our preferred $85 maintenance rate for ongoing upkeep.

Please allow approximately 90 minutes for your appointment. If additional time would be beneficial, we'll discuss your options together before proceeding. Polished or au naturel? Your choice! Polish is always optional, but if you’re feeling a little razzle-dazzle, Dazzle Dry is one of our long-lasting nail lacquer options that air-dries in just five minutes. No UV light required!

A standard pedicure is typically focused on cosmetic maintenance—trimming nails, smoothing skin, polish, and relaxation.

A wellness pedicure focuses on the health and condition of the feet and nails in addition to appearance. During a wellness pedicure, I assess things like nail health, thickened nails, nail lifting, calluses, skin condition, pressure points, and signs of trauma. The service is tailored to your individual foot-care needs with an emphasis on comfort, maintenance, and overall foot wellness.

You'll still leave with clean, refreshed feet, but the primary goal is improving and maintaining the health of your feet, not just the cosmetic appearance.

Think of it this way: a standard pedicure is mostly beauty-focused. A wellness pedicure is health-focused. I spend more time addressing what's actually going on with your feet and nails so they not only look better, but feel better too.
